Join us for stories, crafts, touch tank and music geared for pre-schoolers (ages 2 - 5). Each month’s theme is designed to introduce kids to a variety of marine topics while having fun at the Nautical Museum. The program has limited space, so make your reservations early!

July 1: Sail Through the StarsFind out about the stars and how they help people sail during our storybook time. Then, help your child to create their very own constellation on paper!
August 5th: Swimming With SharksCome explore the wonderful world of sharks as they swim through our vibrant storybooks. After story time, help your child to make their very own “shark tooth” necklace!
September 2nd: Ahoy - I See PiratesJoin us and discover what pirates are really up to in our colorful stories. Then, your child can create their very own pirate picture frame to hold a picture of your favorite pirate!
October 7th: Let's Go FishingDiscover the fishy adventures some of the characters from our books have on their fishing trips. Then, help your child decorate their very own plastic fish pail!
November 4th: Swim Sea Turtle, SwimGo on a sea turtle swimming adventure as we follow their journey through our colorful books. After our story time, help your child to make a sea turtle magnet!
December 2nd: Playtime with PenguinsCome and get in line for the march of the penguins as we waddle through some very fun stories and then into the craft center where you will help your child create a cute penguin pencil holder! Cost:Members: $3 ReservationsReservations are required. Since the program has limited space and tends to fill up quickly, we encourage you to make your reservations early..
