Our Vision

Plans for New NHNM

We fulfill our mission through education, preservation and engaging interactive experiences. The story of our maritime culture and heritage as well as the vitality of our marine environment is the focus of our educational programs. Our nautical heritage will be preserved through acquisition, display, and careful maintenance of historical objects. We will actively involve our visitors through interactive exhibits, public programs and events.

Our new home features two facilities: The Richard and Betty Steele Model Pavilion and the East Wing Learning Center.

600 East Bay Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92661

Hours:

Open 10 am - 6 pm, Closed Tuesdays

East Wing closed from 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Steele Model Pavilion closed from 1:15 pm - 2:00 pm

On occasion, the galleries may be closed for private receptions. Please call the Museum ahead to confirm hours and availability.

Admission:

 $5.00 Suggested donation for adults. Children under 12 Free.

Guided Tours:

For 10 or more, guided tours available for $3.00 per person.
